The Everyday Kids

Thank you for visiting our Everyday Kids page – this is part of a lasting legacy that will help my own children, all the other children I know in my life, all the children that they all know and…OK you probably get the picture now!

This work can impact every child and lead to a more content life, with less pressure and an understanding that will help in adulthood.

The podcasts, storytelling videos and things you can read on here will help boys and girls (and adults of course!!!) have a conversation together and to help understand how each one of us may be feeling in certain situations.

We can think about anything in a different way. Or we can choose to take the thoughts we have, less seriously – or even not to believe them!

Therefore, we can feel about things in a different way. Maybe a way that is less scary to us, or a way that we can accept them with less worry.

How cool is that?

I’d appreciate any feedback and any suggestions for new topics that you’d like me to speak about.

You can send those comments to [email protected]

If you are an adult who is looking at this page with a child in your life and something interests you, please see our products here that are aimed at adults

The content is shared in three ways; a podcast to listen to, a short video to watch and a written piece to read with your children.

We value this material’s potential impact and we are confident it will be of benefit to you as you share a new understanding with your children to help them live life joyfully; without stress.

We felt it was important to give away this content without charge, so its impact can be as wide-reaching as possible. We gratefully encourage you to share it wherever you feel it will be useful and we’d love to point you at more free resources, so please do sign up to our weekly newsletter via the form at the bottom of this page.

Thank you
